{TROUBLE LIST}

Please try following tips if your miner get in trouble:
  • Configuration all correct ? Try to reconfigure the miner.
  • Do you followed our tutorial for configuration ?
  • Is your network environment normal ?
  • Does the pool you use is normal? try to change to another pool
  • Do you use the wiiBox (the pi hold the wiIBox system) for mining ? Please don't use other softwares for mining.
  • Do you overclocked the miner ? Try run it in normal setting.
  • Is the LED on the blade still blink? If one of the LED doesn't blink, which LED does not blink, the red one, or the green one, or both ?
  • If the green one does not go, then it's likely that the problem is caused by the PSU. Please try:
    • Tighten the power cord on the PSU(the power cord is fixed to the PSU by a screw)
    • change a PSU cord for the blade;
    • change a PSU.
  • And what about the red and green lights on the PI ? Please try:
    • change a psu(5V 2A microUSB charging source) for the pi if the pi does not work (all the lights does not blink);
    • upgrade the SD card to the wiiBox system again. (see section {firmware upgrade})
  • If you have several sets of accessories, try use the set of accessories of the working-well miner. Switch all the accessories of the 2 miners, especially SD card, pi and PSU.
  • There are 2 panels in each miner, try only plug one panel's power cord, see if it works with 1 panel (including the one with problem, see if it works with only 1 panel mining).
